According to Central, with the end of 2025, three major trends are reshaping the pattern of mobile growth: AI applications to mainstream markets, the global expansion of the Asia-Pacific short drama, and third-party Android shops as low-cost, scalable access. The company ‘ s latest data show that consumer-level AI applications have become widely available, with a global download of 1.5 billion in 2024, generating $1.3 billion. AIT robots grew by 119 per cent each year, and AI art generators by 21 per cent, of which 16 generated AI applications generated revenue exceeding $10 million and 25 applications downloaded more than 10 million times.

Mintegral emphasizes that AI functions have become a stable user habit and that developers are targeting practical needs such as productivity, finance, PDF/chat tools and community functions to scale up the user community with high transformation potential. Shortcast applications originating in the Asia-Pacific region have maintained a 50 to 200 per cent ring-to-seat increase since the third quarter of 2023, with Indonesia first in 39 per cent of downloads, followed by Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Mexico and Japan and Korea. The model is largely based on the realization of advertising, with 90 per cent of the income coming from applied advertising and 10 per cent from subscriptions or token charges. Mintegral stated that by stimulating video portals, such as daily sign-ins and play fusion locks, advertisers could effectively balance user coverage and retention.

Mi, Amazon, Samsung, OPPO/Vivo, Hua and the third party of the Eastern European platform, Anjo Shop, are becoming an undervalued user-access pool. SDK and self-help tools in Mintegral allow advertisers to target and optimize their delivery without additional authorization. The case shows that the cost of installation at the Amazon store was as low as US$ 0.26-0.42 per day, with a daily average of 2,000-5,000 installations depending on the type of product and the bid strategy. Mintegral recommends that advertisers adopt the ROAS bid alignment strategy, automate their creativity through dynamic creative optimization and trial advertising, and expand third-party shop channels to release incremental scale. The platform currently supports over 100,000 applications and handles over 300 billion daily advertising requests in areas such as games, tools, entertainment, finance and education, reaching 1.2 billion exposures. These insights confirm the great opportunity for the main advertisers to achieve efficient access through AI, short play content and new mobile channels.
