The most significant update of the OB in recent years — a fully re-structured grade system is now officially on line. Since the beginning of the game, the training of trainers has been at the core of the set-up, which initially determined the unlocking of props, the development of functions and the more powerful access to dreams, while the top-up process itself was also fun.

The last game was regraded at the end of 2020, when players who had reached the upper limit of the old class received their exclusive appearance and game badges — proof of both flaunting capital and hard-core training. This upgrade of the hierarchy follows a similar logic: the ceiling was raised significantly from 50 to 80 levels, and a series of challenges designed to extend the buffer speed was set up, but the interface was more friendly to allow players to plan ahead. The first player to reach the upper limit of the old class continues to receive an exclusive appearance incentive, but the only seven weeks between the announcement and the actual installation, plus up to 50 stages of the “Empirical Festival” research mission, has caused some displeasure among the players before the update is launched. The new incentive mechanism, which was put in place in real form, eased the player’s mood: the free expansion of props and dreamable storage space (which usually requires internal purchase); and the increase in the chances of being “friends of luck” with high-level trainers, which would guarantee the minimum qualifications of trading treasures and save fortified resources — extremely attractive to players seeking low-cost power formation. The update also introduced a new type of daily egg (essentially, the blind box of the ” Boggle Dream Go ” ) which, when hatched, would have a human face and 10,000 experience. The player community is quite surprised by this generous initiative, but in general, its effects are significant, in contrast to the current monetization strategy of the game – This trend coincides with the timing of the acquisition of OB and its developer, Niantic, by Monopoly Go, developer Spopely.

The monetization is mainly reflected in surges in activity and additional tickets. While activities have always been the backbone of the game, the frequency is now saturated: events occur almost daily in the game and most are accompanied by optional payment tickets. Theoretically, there is no big deal – the Live Service game needs to be fresh, and the additions are not compulsory. But it is difficult to deny the fact that “a full experience of every activity has to cost” when the tickets are easily accessible to the subject prop/promotives, or when there are practical gains. The participation threshold for some of the activities was also raised, with the typical community day ticket increasing from $0.99 to $1.99. The store is now based on at least one eight-dollar high-level combat pass or five-dollar monthly voucher, which will last for several weeks at the disposal of the player. This summer’s highlight, Go Fest, introduced a number of additions, all for £43. Many players have moved from buying one or two easy tickets a week to rebalancing the value of high-priced tickets. The most controversial is the payment-win mechanism: the lucky charm (the guarantee of a lucky friend’s status at the time of the transaction and a stronger dream) is frequently found in the reconciliation pass; this summer, there was a short “gold crown” of $20 sold this summer (which can be filled with the dreamable qualities of a moment, but with a long “training” mission). Despite the fact that the recent arrival of the Quakers can be captured free of charge, upgrading requirements are extremely stringent, and only the purchase of £15 tickets and/or a short-term increase in gravitational liver can result in a start-up.

As a free game, the “Big Dream Go” is very friendly: there is no physical limit, the elves are easy to get, and regular participation in Dojo warfare can stabilize the acquisition of game money. Even in the event of a dream-starting group war, there is no need for large-scale consumption for major local play or excessive pursuit of perfect qualifications/lighting patterns. Monetization was an integral part of the “Big Dream Go ” , but the tone has changed in recent years: when the Gallart Waller dolls sold $8 in advance, the same price is now available only for one of the legends in a monthly battle pass, and it is difficult to ignore the fact that consumption is at the heart of the game – and that is why the free benefits in a renewed grade are particularly surprising.

As the tenth anniversary of 2026 approaches (a remarkable achievement during the same period of many Live Service games), it is bound to return to the game. They may wonder about the new dream and function of the game, but the probability is that the cost of participating in this feast will be too high.
